Sometimes on my older characters with old old stuff I don't want to get rid of from way back, the bag ends up running off the screen, hiding the tabs at the bottom. I would like an option to force the bags to stay within the screen area and add a scrollbar if it needs more room. (Current workaround is to make rows wider, but then it overlaps other things I'm trying to compare on screen.)

Describe the implementation

When bag settings would make bag be more than 90% (or user defined value) of the vertical area of the screen, force it to that % and add a scrollbar, so tabs at bottom always show.
