Item icons not appearing

Describe the bug
When bags open, Icon colours appear for item rarity's along with ilevel, but no icons appear for individual items, except for 3 specific items (Distilled Titan Essence, Remnant of the Void and Spellbound Jewellery Box)
Can't see a Lua error explaining it in bugsack
