Menu only shows version and "Close Menu"

Describe the bug
This is what happens when trying to change/upgrade bags. Same thing happens when trying to change/upgrade bank bags as well.
Steps to reproduce
- Log into game
- Press 'b' to open bags
- Left-click bag icon in top left corner.
- Stare at all of the blank space between the version number and "Close Menu" in confusion.
