Even with the "Show DressingRoom Controls" option deactivated, the buttons remain in the dressing room.

There is currently no setting to remove the bottom icons. The "Show DressingRoom Controls" setting hides the controls at the top of the dressing room as shown in the first image and hidden in the second.
