Steps:

Turn on the "Show Item Visual ID" in the Tooltip Options section of the BW options section
Open the Collection Journal
Open the Items Collection
Find the Appearances. If you have the base appearance collected then the unlock will be next to it. If you don't have the base appearance then they will be at the end of the collected section with a red border aground them.
Mouse over
Record the SourceID number in the tooltip
