Not sure what data to provide here because I genuinely don't know what's going on.

I was specifically looking at the Judgement Armor (Recolor). I have collected the helm, shoulders, bracers, hands, and waist. The waist specifically is the Sha'tari Vindicator's Waistguard. Now the quest that provided this item has since been removed from the game, but I completed the quest before its removal, so it should show up; indeed, I have that visual favorited through the vanilla interface.

But BetterWardrobe reports that I do not own that appearance.
