Some of the tier set colors are still wrong

One is the Kul Tiras Dungeon Mail. Looking at the data is looks like all the sets were set to the same appearance although only the mythic version had it listed on WoWhead. look at data script to see why

Updated DB to use correct appearances

This is due to there being 2 appearances being used in the WoWHead DB one is an appearance with the mythic coloration and one is using the dungeon set color.
