World quests missing from map when regular quest is actively tracked

Describe the bug
I've noticed that since 10.1 whenever I track non-world quests like "Story of a Memorable Victory", all the world quests disappear from the map when I alt tab to another monitor. Happens with every non-world quest.
How to reproduce
Any time I click on a quest marker other than a world quest and alt-tab off of WoW and back again it happens, so it's fairly easy for me to reproduce.
What did you expect?
I expected that all the world quests would still be displayed.

For some reason, I believe it's tied to pressing the Alt key. I don't have just Alt keybound to anything, but I think that's why the Alt-tab causes the issue. I can press Alt again when back in WoW to bring them back, but pressing and holding Alt hides all world quests for some reason.
Holding down alt is an intentional feature to temporarily hide world quests on the map. This is because world quests sometimes overlap other objects on the map and it's nice to peek under them.
After alt tabbing just tap alt again and they'll show up.
