I've got two of the same one-handed hammer in my "Enhance" set, and then it displays those in the group for "Sets: Enhance, Enhance". Would be nicer if they were grouped with the rest of "Enhance", no? Also happens when not "fake-stacking", by opening a vendor menu.

Should be fixed in the next version which will be pushed once I find a solution for #6

Since it seems like it will take a while to get feedback for the fix of #6 I decided to push this fix already. Should be fixed in version 1.4.4 which is currently awaiting approval on CurseForge
