Items in more than one set are only given one category

Since the fix for #7 I have stopped seeing the multi set categories altogether: Sets: A, B
Now an item in multiple sets is given one only:
Sorry about that! You are right. I did some quick changes on how I collect all set names, and it looks like it's working again. Plus, duplicate items per set still don't produce an extra category.
Would you mind giving the current version on GitHub a go before I push a new release?
