This is triggered just by hovering a battle pet minimap blop and only when showing the number of collected pets for this species.

Ugh, fuck Blizzard so hard for adding "Collected" in flavor text for garrison items. 😠

Fixed in 6.0.3.21, with hopefully a better solution that won't require special handling for every possible combination of options and data.
