I don't use debuffs on NPCs, but very often there is a mob running around with some form of big debuff.

This has been happening to me as well every time I exit an arena. Random people in town have the image of a buff or debuff that was in the last match, permanently.

I've noticed hovering over the icons usually doesn't show a tooltip. Reloading ui fixes it u til the next arena is left.

I am also experiencing this after arena matches but it seems to happen when a buff or debuff that im not tracking is on a mob or myself and hovering over it will show the correct debuff just the picture wont be correct.
