There seems to be an issue on TBC Classic (I did not find this to happen on Retail, but my sample size on Retail is low).

The BigDebuffs anchor on Nameplates with Plater addon gets bugged sometimes, and positions differently than expected. I've provided a screenshot to showcase the issue. I tried to find out what causes it but it seems very random (and also very common). It happens regardless of where the anchor is set (I tried left/right).

I'm having the same issue. It appears to be intermittent.

This pic is from the same arena. You can see Fear @5S is anchoring wrong, and then it snaps into place 1s later.
