A lot of the debuffs cover up the fact that a player is holding a flag or orb in battlegrounds and it can sometimes make it hard to prioritize quick healing on the spot. I mostly run into this problem in temple of kotmogu. I wanted to suggest maybe making those flag/orb carriers have a outlined highlight around the raid frame and they could even be color coordinated.
