This is regarding tbc classic bigdebuffs.
I've tried disabling every addon except for BigDebuffs and problem still persists.

I have checked the spells tab and power word shield and ice barrier are enabled. I still do not see them on the nameplates/unitframes.
I have tried re-installing on WoW up as well but that didn't help.

oh i found out it's because not all the spell ranks are there. for example rank 1 power word shield shows but the rank 12 doesnt

when I add the max rank spells of the power word shield and ice barrier in classic.lua file, restart my client, it still doesn't show up..but the other ranks work fine.

I'll take a look at this one on my fork in the next few days.
