In raid frames:
If I disable "Hide Other Debuffs" and have anchor set to anything but INNER, some debuffs will disappear while in combat (e.g.: Sated, M+ debuff), this is expected. If I set anchor to INNER these debuffs do not disappear when engaged in combat.

Also, when setting the anchor to anthing other than INNER I see dispellable debuffs both in the frame and outside(wherever I set the anchor to be)

Same issue here.
