I have noticed Mindgames (even though ticked in the addon) is not showing as dispellable on the unit frames making it hard to track. I think this might be happening with some other CC too

that is because the spell ID changed and bigdebuffs has not been updated. You can go into the lua file and change all mindgames spell ids to 375901. Then it will work again
