Feature request: non-volatile, streamlined method of adding and labeling spells

First, thank you for this delightful addon.

As the title suggests, it would be really neat if there was a streamlined way to:

  1. add spells to track without hacking the source files, which may be overwritten during future updates;
  2. add/remove spells to WarningDebuffs; and
  3. add/remove spells to PriorityDebufffs

For the time being I am able to manipulate the source files to achieve the desired behavior; but it would be really neat is this was made available in the config UI.
