Something happened to Rebuke in a random hotfix patch. I'm now seeing Rebuke in the Buff Frame when I cast Rebuke on a target even if I don't interrupt anything (target dummy, players, npcs). This of course causes BigDebuffs to display it on the Unit Frames as well. I see it has a 2nd effect https://www.wowhead.com/spell=96231/rebuke . Blizzard changed something during the end of this week as I don't remember this being a problem initially with 10.1 patch.

I'm just going to turn Rebuke off on the Unit Frame until Blizzard fixes this. I reported it as a bug already.
