incompatibility with Threat Plates with BigDebuffs' nameplate icons

There is a regression bug with latest version ThreatPlate addon, but the fix which needs Bigdebuff change to address

The original incompatible issue is:

That if I install the 11.2.2 Threatplate version along with BigDebuff and with TellMeWhen, The Bigdebuff nameplate icon will not work on ThreatPlate.

But if I rolled back to 11.1.44 Threatplate version the issue is fixed.

I think I was able to fix this issue now in version 11.2.4, but this also requires an update of BigDebuffs. I created a pull request for BigDebuffs with the necessary changes: Fixed an incompatibility with Threat Plates where BigDebuffs' icons here not shown by Backupiseasy · Pull Request #715 · jordonwow/bigdebuffs (github.com).

It needs to be merged into BigDebuffs and then released, then everything should work again.
