If you have "Personal Resource Display" enabled in interface. You will get random debuffs showing on your health bar below your character.

2 Solutions:
-Disable Personal Resources Display
-Disable Bigdebuffs -> Nameplates -> Friendly Nameplates

BigDebuffs nameplates should ignore your/self nameplate.

While I am at it a suggestion. Be able to see more than 1 debuff on a nameplate. Of course if you have more than 1 debuff the order at which it disappears need to be taken under consideration.

Seconds suggestion be able to disable the build in nameplate debuffs by blizzard if I am using BigDebuffs.
