No Text on Icon Cooldown Count Checked

Before posting I tried google and also checked this area for a similar issue. Unable to locate anything to assist with my issue. Big Debuffs on name plate does not have any cooldown text. Not sure why it does not. I am using plater has my Nameplate and this is what it looks like. https://imgur.com/n66u56r
Is there something I am not doing right?
