[BUG] `Treat target as in combat` does not work for individual frames

There seems to be a problem with fading and handle target = in combat.
I have set global values for alot of frames, there target=in combat works perfectly fine but it does not work at all for frames that override the default.
Which version do you use?
I have tested it and can't reproduce it with the latest beta version.
