[BUG] Minimap texture gets "randomly" lost

Description
Please describe what the problem is as precise as possible
When entering the game or zoning the minimap texture seems to get lost.
I'd like to add to this. Using the Global Settings;
- Combat Fade enabled with an alpha of 100
- Out of Combat Fade enabled and set to an alpha of 20 and fade delay of 1
- Treat Target as in Combat enabled with a target type of both
- Minimap enabled and use global options enabled
My Minimap is fading properly and the "mouse over to unfade" feature also works; but, the map art in the Minimap circle is not showing when standing inside buildings.
Example - Oribos doesn't show the art and the "Gates of Orgrimmar" doesn't show the art. However, moving into Orgrimmar, say in front of and outside of the AH building, it does show the art.
I've found that by disabling the Minimap and then reloading the UI, my Minimap returns to normal and shows the art. Likewise, if I then enable Minimap fading, but don't reload the UI, it will fade properly and show the art. When I then reload the UI, the Minimap resumes having the problem of not showing the art.
