[FEATURE] Be able to link bars together for mouseover

Would it be possible to link the mouseover options of some bars?
e.g. i have 2 vertical bars on the right of the screen for utility items (hearth etc).
I have them both set invisible until I mouseover. It would be good if they would both become visible if i mouseover either, atm they are separate.
I also have 3 combat bars it would be good to link this way.
