Idea

Currently, when you switch actionbar 1 either up or down (see screenshot), the bar stays hidden based on your fading settings.
If you have it faded entirely, i cant see whether i switched the bar or not.

Solution

Allow option to fade-in that bar for configurable amount of time when switching action bars.
Or alternatively, fade-in all actionbars connected to action bar 1, as it works now. Just make it so addon recognizes when user switches bars. Thanks!
