Hey, do you think you could add cooldown-controlled fading? If I have an ability on a bar on cooldown, I want that bar to be visible.

This is really useful when you use alpha 0 OOC fading and want to keep track of, say, movement abilities, without having to target something.

The idea is basically the same as having your player frame show when you're not on full health, just in the context of action bars having skills that aren't 'full'.
