Description

On my ret paladin, the holy power bar will occasionally mess up. It will show holy power that isn't there, or not show holy power that IS there. It will work correctly for a while if I reload the UI or turn on the personal resource display, but then will break again (sometimes in the middle of combat). Obviously, this is very annoying when trying to do a rotation or even just combat in general since I don't actually know how much holy power I have in the moment.

Additionally, I have the holy power bar moved from its default position under the player frame and sometimes it just forgets where it's supposed to be. I have to go into the settings (again, sometimes in the middle of combat) and move it. I just have to move the X or Y value 1 and it will snap back into place, but it's very annoying to have so many issues. This also happens with other classes like warlocks.

Reproduce

Just play a ret pally I guess. That's all I had to do.

Expected Behaviour

The bar should stay in the spot I set it to be, and display the holy power correctly.
