Normalize all sounds volume

Some sounds like Witcher 3(2), DoTA 2, FNV have lower volume than others, would be good if you normalize them

So this was on my list for 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 but I just wanted to get a new build pushed out. I'll have some time in the next week to mess with the audio tracks.
