Normalized Stagger does not listen to equipment changes.

This will cause the module to give incorrect behavior if the player (un)equips the Jewel of the Lost Abbey after PLAYER_LOGIN. An annoying, but effective, workaround for now is to /reloadui whenever the user changes legendary equipment.
