Topic says it all. Right click on the top bar brings up my sets but unable to select anything.

Right click should open the Character window, if you have problems interacting with those buttons you'll have to speak to the author(s) of ElvUI.

Please provide me with an image of exactly where your button is (preferably with the menu opened).

What display addon are you using?

Broker with ElvUI

Please try the version here on github, you can download it by following this link.
Keep in mind, you have to rename the folder to just "Broker_Equipment".
