When I shift-click to save a set I get the following error.

What icon did you use?

Don't remember, it was the icon for whatever dagger I was using then. I have changed daggers since and it doesn't do it now.

The version on curse is not current due to an issue with the git repo on their site.
I'd suggest you get the latest version from either here or from WoWInterface.com.
