Add feature allowing use to resize the addon window

Currently we can choose between horizontal and vertical. It'd be nice if we could either specify rows and columns or add a drag-and-resize feature.
@Ghostjs123 sorry, I must have not been clear with my request. Your recommended command only adjusts the scale. I'm not asking about scale. I'm asking about the ability to resize the widget so that it is able to span more than one column or row. Right now it's either one big ass column or row of icons. This makes it hard to find a convenient place to put it on the UI. If we could collapse this into more than one column or row, similar to the built in buffs and debuffs shown, or the options provided by ability bar addons, or the built in raid frames addon, then it might make it easier to reduce the space this addon takes up. Especially as a DPS warrior in Classic WoW where there are tons of consumes.
