Setting blessing for class and personal blessing for character keeps alternating between them two

Also, while at it, maybe take a look at refactoring the buff task list.

I also have this issue.
To reproduce:

1. Obtain two protection paladin talent blessings, blessing of kings and blessing of sanctuary
2. In buffomat, assign kings group to paladins and assign santuary to solo
   
3. click buffomat macro action button. buffomat cycles between each blessing with each click.
   

Other notes:

• Using the "force target" and "exclude target" options for both blessings of kings did not work; buffmoat continued to cast the two blessings and ignore the force/exclude instructions.
• the above force/exclude behaviour is not unique to blessing of kings and blessing of sanctuary. I tested with blessing of might and blessing of light, same issue of cycle casting.
• changing between group and solo did not change the behaviour of buffomat, buffomat continued to cycle cast between the two.
