Warlock pet summons can be an option in Buffomat

Choose a pet.
Summon if pet is missing and we have a shard.
Do not summon if sacrifice buff is up.

Added pet summons: Imp, Voidwalker, Succubus, Felhunter and Felguard
Will not summon if sacrifice for that pet type is active

Will be in the next release
