Although I'm sure there are other examples here are two below:

Resto Druid

• Tree form option enabled
• Omen of Clarity enabled
• It will change me to tree form
• Buff Omen of Clarity (breaking tree form)
• Change me to tree form again

Shadow Priest

• While not in shadow form
• Buffs listed are
  • Power Word: Shield
  • Inner Fire
  • Shadowform
• The first buff it does is Shadowform (that's fine)
• The next one it does is Power Word: Shield
• The next one it does is Inner Fire

I would much prefer if it did the buffs bottom up in the list instead of doing Power Word: Shield before Inner Fire. Power Word: Shield is something I'd do only right before a solo fight while Inner Fire I'd do right away.
