Bugsack errors and will not open window / frame with errors.

*** in sack.lua : Changed CreateFrame template param from "CharacterFrameTabButtonTemplate" to "TabSystemButtonArtTemplate" to get it working again.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Click on bugsack mini map button - even with no errors
2. No frame with errors will open
3. Can see errors if you (re)mouse over button
