When you press the Stack button and have some materials in your Reagent bag the addon doesn't count it. It count only from the normal bags. I didn't test it with the rest of the new Embroidered bags.

Thanks for the report, I'll look into this. May well be that I forgot to update the addon to look at the reagent back as well, given how we originally only had the base backpack and 4 bag slots.
