Could you add the ability to temporarily and permanently hide Use items. Right click to temporarily hide till next reload/session and shift + right click to permanently hide the item. Would also need a list in the options to remove added items at a later time.

Reason is that not being a class or profession that can open lockboxes, it is pointless for myself to see them all the time.
