i go ingo /capping, move it, and save it. everytime i get into a new bg or loading screen it resets, even with a new profile

There's nothing here to be fixed. The issue is on your end: either with another one of your addons or something broken with your setup.

Apprently, MoveAnything had grabed and moved it. its fixed
