Feature Request: Ability to skip Route nodes when gathering

Often when running a gathering route, the nodes are either in a location surrounded by MOBs I can't take on alone, or may be in a cave system I can't handle alone, ex. the caves in the Redridge Mountains. However, there is no way that I have found to tell the route to skip the current 'next node' and move to the next in the sequence, i.e. pretend that I've reached it. This would be a very helpful feature to have implemented. I'd imagine something like a key binding to 'Skip current route node.
