Seems to be connected to both HandyNotes_NPCs.

Where exactly you were when that happened?

It happened when hearthing from Azeroth to the Outlands or teleporting from the Outlands to Azeroth.
It also would happen if I switched from a character that was in the Outland to one that was in Azeroth and vice versa.

I couldn't reproduce it at all. I have this HandyNotes addons:

1. HandyNotes
2. HandyNotes_Collection
3. HandyNotes_DungeonLocations (Classic)
4. HandyNotes_FlightMasters (Classic)
5. HandyNotes_NetherwingEggs
6. HandyNotes_NPCs (Burning Crusade Classic)
7. HandyNotes_NPCs (Classic)
8. HandyNotes_TravelGuide (BCC)
9. HandyNotes_WorldMapButton

So either you have something that I don't or something else is at play. What's you RAM ammount?

Anyway it's prepatch coming out in few days. We're prepared update with many fixes and improvements so can you wait till then and get back to us after wrath version comes out with prepatch.

Have you tried it after update? Any changes?
