Non-fixed size Quest Watch not resizing properly

When I uncheck Quest Module -> Watch Options -> Use A Fixed Size for Quest Watch, the Quest Watch window is able to be resized but the pane containing the list of quests does not resize with the window. The list of quests are stuck in a tiny inner pane.
