Mouse Hover zone problems - Can't mouse objectives in Tarren Mill

I can't mouse over city objectives(like flying master, etc.) in tarren mill.

Thats normal map overlay overlaps. Hover on Hillsbrand Foothils in the way that overlay is showed and hold ALT while moving mouse this way active overlay will not change.
