push back the changes it is necessary that this parameter affects the required level

and add the display of the required level in the quest icon on the map e.g. [40/30] 40 quest level / 30 required level to take the quest

Sorry but this way lowlevel quests are not shown on map. One whats this one not... So i will have to make an additional option for this.
