I honestly can't tell you when the below error appeared, as it didn't pop up on the screen.
I only noticed it in BugSack, cus BugSack had a red icon.
That's nothing to go from, though I can say that when I went to kill Overseer Y'Morna on Mac'Aree, BugSack's icon was green at the time, so it happend between killing Y'Morna and being back at The Vindicaar fiddling with my Resto and Feral spec, which is a time frame of 5-15 minutes.
