New Carb Quest update behaving oddly on World Map min/max but only inside a specific building in BfA.

On my hunter, who's lvl 113 I noticed today from trying something else related to a different toon, that the "docked" World Map (not minimap), in that maps upper left corner suddenly have gotten an icon that is currently green. It's related to a watched quest. Removed the watch on that quest, makes the icon a different color for a different quest and so on:
See map to the left above left chat, it's left top hand corner, is a tiny green icon.
When you mouse over that tiny green icon you see the name of a quest:
However, this only occur if I'm inside the main horde city in Zuldazar. If I run outside that building, or into a different building still tracking quests, the tiny green icon goes away:
If I remove 1 quest from quest tracker, then the icon on the map changes color, in my case, blue and by removing that watched quest, the next is yellow for the next quest:
Tiny Blue Icon
Tiny Yellow Icon
Removing all watched quests from the quest tracker makes the tiny colored icon go away:
It does seem to matter which building it is:
Innkeeper near the docks in main horde city in zuldazar doesn't create the Tiny colored icon on the map, Innkeeper atop the pyramid in main horde city in zuldazar does create the Tiny colored icon on the map.
Yes, I have the newest Alpha of Carbonite Quests updated today around noon.
Cheers Jag.
Due to a different issue, I opted for rolling back 1 version of Carbonite Quests, and this thing with the tiny icons are still happening. That's so strange. It didn't happen yesterday. Odd.
So it would appear that if: Right Click World Map > Instance Scale > Icon Scaling Size: Changing that last one to 1.00 (as that's the low it can go, made that strange green icon go away).
Why it showed up in the first place is beyond me, as I hadn't changed anything with regards to ALL of Carbonite and it's sub addons, and yet this worked. It's still working after a /reload
