Map and quest not loading

As of this afternoon, upon loading the game up and yes I did make sure everything was on the map and quest tracker are not on my UI, pressing M doesn't bring up the map, and L doesn't bring up the quest long. The quest tracker on the right side of the screen and the mini-map on the left are also missing.
