At a glance, it's vastly outdated. While it's possible to add custom spells, they aren't displayed with their class color (which is, admittedly, a minor problem) and it may be better if some amount of crucial spells were to be enabled by default.

I don't really know which spells are the most relevant these days, but surely that could be researched (or someone who actively PVPs still can help out?).
