[Feature requests] Adding "Self" to top of raid frame, Change color (not transparency) of out of range units

Coming from vuhdo I am used to being able to organize the raid frames with self > tank > healer > dps. Can we add "self" to the layout order?
Also for units out of range, it seems we can only change transparency? Can we change the color for out of range units, for example make them darker but not more transparent.
